Firstly through order number find the tracking number on linworks and check if item is delivered or not. If item is delivered then select challenge dialouge box as shown below and press continue:
Then provide the reason that item is delivered and share tracking details as shown below:
Also add screenshot of royalmail item delivered status as proof and press submit.
