Buyer Question:
Good afternoon , I still not have received my shoes I order , this is 3 days now , royal mail say on 2 occasions they can’t get into my block , that’s totally rubbish as we have a buzzer and a tradesmen button to enter . Plus I have received multiple parcels this week with no complications of getting into my block , plus other neiboughs had no problem with there delivery. I find it very strange that my other parcels from Royal Mail arrive on time with no issue to get into our block . As I said today is day 3 but yet no delivery and I order in time as I need for this Sunday. Kind regards
